Aluminium anodising is an electrochemical process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal components. This process provides durable, anti-corrosive, and decorative finishes.

Surtec 650 is a hexavalent chromium-free trivalent used for producing a clear chem film coating on aluminium delivering excellent corrosion protection.



Key Benefits:

  • Allows electrical conductivity 
  • Can be used to repair anodised coatings and refresh them.
  • Contains no hexavalent chromium – meeting RoHS test criteria and REACH Compliance

Bead Blasting

Passivation is the process of treating stainless steel in order to reduce the chemical reactivity of its surface. This treatment removes the free iron from the grain boundaries and surface of the metal using an acid solution.

Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine bead media at a high velocity. Using top-of-the-range machines we are able to process aluminium parts of all shapes and sizes.


Bead blasting produces an effect that is used for creating a rough, uniform, and matt surface on machined parts prior to anodising.

Linishing is the process of using belt sanding techniques to improve and enhance the cosmetic finish of a material's surface.


When aluminium is linished, it creates a distinctive finish with a brushed matt texture, enhancing the natural grain of the aluminium.
